Jane Phillips, Geyser Coaching Services founder and President, is a business coach, trainer and consultant. With Phillips' unique blend of strong business common sense and a powerful intuitive approach, she brings a wide array of development tools and resources to her clients. She brings 30 years of experience in the mortgage banking industry which includes 20 years in fully-commissioned sales and sales management. She also brings six years of experience in the Network Marketing industry as an independent sales representative. She is a graduate of both the internationally-recognized The Coaches Training Institute and of Pro-Coach which provides coach training specifically for the Network Marketing Industry and solo-entrepreneurs.  Geyser Coaching Services is a member of the International Coach Federation.

Geyser Coaching Services was founded in 2005 after Phillips' found substantial benefit from receiving coaching for her personal sales performance and business, and wanted to share those benefits with others. As a financial services coach Jane:
